Your Right to Opt Out

If you are a California resident (or a resident of another state with a similar consumer privacy law), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law.

How to Submit a Request

You may submit a Do Not Sell/Share request in any of the following ways:

• Email: Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell/Share Request." Include your full name, mailing address, and (if applicable) the email address associated with any inquiry.
• Phone: Call (908) 639-3387 and ask to speak with our privacy contact.

• Browser signal: We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser.

What We Do When You Opt Out

After we receive and verify your request, we will stop using recognized third-party tracking technologies that transmit your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will instruct our advertising and analytics providers to do the same to the extent required by law.

Verification & Authorized Agents

For certain requests, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming information already associated with your interactions with CarTopia. Authorized agents may submit a request on your behalf; we may require written permission from you and verification of the agent's authority.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
