This page describes how customers give consent to receive text messages from CarTopia LLC and what disclosures they see at the point of opt-in.

How Consent Is Collected

CarTopia obtains express written consent before sending marketing or informational text messages. Consent is collected in the following ways:

• Completing a form on mycartopia.com that includes a clear opt-in checkbox and disclosure
• Providing a mobile number and opting in during an in-person visit to the dealership at 897 Route 22 West North Plainfield, NJ 07060
• Providing a mobile number and opting in during a phone conversation with a CarTopia representative
• Replying to an inbound text or initiating a text conversation with CarTopia's business number

At the point of opt-in, consumers are shown the following disclosure:

CarTopia retains records of consent, including the date, time, source, and method of opt-in.

What Consumers Receive

After opting in, consumers may receive text messages related to:

• Responses to inquiries made through our website, phone, or in-store
• Vehicle availability and pricing updates
• Appointment scheduling and reminders
• Financing status updates
• Service updates and follow-up

Sample Messages

These are examples of the messages a consumer may receive after opting in:

• "Hi Maria, this is Chris at CarTopia. Thanks for your interest in the 2021 Honda Accord. Are you available to come by this week to see it? Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Hi James, this is CarTopia confirming your appointment Thursday at 2:00 PM at 897 Route 22 West. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Hi Dana, this is CarTopia. Your vehicle service is complete and ready for pickup. Reply STOP to opt out."

Opt-Out and Help

Consumers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from CarTopia. Consumers can also reply HELP at any time for assistance. See our full Messaging Terms.

No Third-Party Sharing

CarTopia does not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected as part of our messaging program is used only to communicate with the individual who provided that number.

Consumer Rights

Consumers have the right to:

• Withdraw consent at any time (reply STOP)
• Request confirmation of opt-in records
• Request that their information be deleted
• Contact CarTopia with any privacy or messaging concerns
